Went to do the BRRC 10km this morning. Wasn't sub 55, but it was a PB by almost 30 seconds - came in at 55:33 and that was with a water stop, so it's within reach :)
Happy Me :)

learning to run all over again

Bloody well done Hannah.
I had the best intentions but after yesterday's pathetic attempt at a long run (and only being able to do 10km) I was very disheartened.
Then this morning again my legs are like lead. So I think a few days off from running will be required. Have no idea why they are like this. Weird.
Anyway, congrats on the run, Wish I could have been there to see your big grin when you finished.
There is another one in November so you will surely be able to aim for the sub 55 time then. By keeping up the long runs with BRB you may even be doing sub 50 before long!
Groan...next week 25km. I hope it is not 5 loops :(
Way to go Hannah! Congrats on your latest PB. I'm sure that <55min 10k isnt far away.
Great stuff Hannah.. November will be the one for sure. I'm going to try and get close to 55 mins when I do a 10km in December.
That's gret Hannah. Good to see all the hard work is paying off!
Good girl, well done! I am glad someone had a good day... I was only a few minutes off a personal worst run yesterday!
Great running Hannah! You were pretty determined that you were going do a PB yesterday and it sure paid off. Congratulations.
Awesome stuff Hannah. I'll have to try hard to keep up with you if you have a go at the 25k. :)
Huuuge congrats on the PB Hannah! I'm so proud of you :-) Wish I could've been there to see it.
That sub 55 is definitely yours for the taking.
