Nothing else to report, save that I had my very last PT session ever, have been doing the odd RPM class and my foot is no better... boring, boring!

This is not good news for you, Hannah! Good luck with having some well earned time off, and use it as a chance to get more motivated when you come back. (As if you need more motivation!) I've gone through a bit of a rough period with my foot last year, took around two - three months before I could feel it again. Rest is good, just make sure you keep resting, and stretch the area and ice it if you can.
